It all started in the year 2004 when the need to promote the business and tourism of Negros Oriental Province specifically Dumaguete City was realized. It was then that fil, the webmaster, took a bold step in creating the pioneer online website for Dumaguete City.
In the 3rd quarter of 2008, the trade name, NEGROS ORIENTAL WEBSITE (NOW) SERVICES was officially and duly registered at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Dumaguete City Government. It is committed to provide Dumagueteños, Negrenses, advertisers and websitors more information about Dumaguete City and the whole Province of Negros Oriental. On the same year, NOW Services re-launched the website www.dumaguetecity.com.
