- by bus │ Take Ceres Liner or any passenger bus at the Cebu South-Bound Terminal to Lilo-an Ferry Terminal then take a water taxi to the port of Sibulan, Negros Oriental then take a public utility vehicle or tricycle to Dumaguete City.
Note: For those with private cars please take the Bato Sea Port, Santander, Cebu. There are barge services transporting passengers/vehicles to/from Tampi Port, Amlan, Negros Oriental then drive to Dumaguete City. For more information, please refer to this driving direction.
